Can you put multiple spells on the same unit and have the effects stack? For example can you put Wyssan's Wildform (+1str and +1toughness) and The Savage Beast of Horros (+3attacks and +3str) on a unit?

I think so. Some lores, like Beasts, TK, Ogres, have a whole lot of augments and they'd be kind of sucky if they didn't stack.
I believe the only thing you can't do is have the same wizard cast the same RIP spell over multiple rounds if it's not dispelled. Even though it's a vortex, you can't have 5 Purple Suns out--at least from the same wizard, and unless you got a bunch of loremasters, the same side, period.

Savage Beast will only work on the characters in the unit, but yeah, multiple augments work.

can you imagine combining : Flesh to stone (life) savage beast (beast) wissans wildform (beasts) panns inpenatrable pelt (beasts) and throne of vines (life). +8 toughness, +4 strength, and +3 attacks, on a bret lord with virtue of confidence (re-roll failed hits and wounds in a challange) and gauntlet of the duel (opponant can not refuse a challange), that would kill anything

Try using that combo on a unit of 6 paladins. They don't need magic items or vows, just a bunch of plain ole' 80 point paladins (horse, lance, shield).
S7 (9 on the charge), T10, 6 attacks each... all you need is Harmonic Convergence to reroll any unlucky 1's...

Yes, all Hex, Augment, and any other type of spell effects will stack. It says so on P31 right after the Hex spell description.

Of course, the likelihood of getting all 5 of those spells off from two different Brettonian casters isn't all that high.
But I'd be happy with one bubble casting of Savage Beast!

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Assuming you have the 4 Shamen that opted for the Sig spell, yeah you can have 4 Wyssens on the same unit.
Its one reason why I love Beasts for my ogres. a couple of level 1s with Wyssens makes everything all warm and fuzzy.
