Why do you have Locator Beacons on both of your Pods? Those are your only pods so the second one does not need the Beacon. Unless I am missing something. I also think 9 Combi-meltas are not needed. With the points form the second beacon and drop a combi or 2 and the points you have left add another Sternguard so you can combat squad if need be the turn they come out. But honestly I feel they are going to drop down and then die as that is all that is going to be in there faces. I might think about Getting a tac squad in a pod to at least drop 2 pods first turn. Either tac squad or split those Sternguard into 2 5 man squads or even another dread.

Oh and split that first squad of speeders. Make 3 squads of 1.

Good Luck!

I guess the drop pod beacons are so you can have the option to change the order of drop pods and the option to deepstrike the speeders and termies.

I would go lascannons on the preds, as I think you need the ranged antitank.
I would go for missile launchers for the tactical squads, this means you are not forced to run them forward to get into range or that you can combat squad and still attack the enemy. I think you over estimate the usefulness of a multimelta on a relentlessless model.

Then the sternguard. This will be an expensive squad, I usually find they work but are there as a little treat. The same could be said for your termies I am not sure whether having two large point sinks is a great idea.
I would make them up to ten so you try to combat squad, the pod takes 12 men so no worries there.
Maybe try 8 combimeltas and 2 heavy flamers which give you more options just in case you need burn through some infantry. Or even 5 combimeltas and 2 meltas which can be combat squaded in different ways depending on targets.
