Hey yall as i dont have the codex for the necrons yet but have picked up some of the models i know im going to want. Stormlord, a box of the immortals, warriors, and lychguard. But im just wondering for a like 1k-1500 pt list for a foot slog list what else i should get. As my girlfriend wants to know what to get me for xmas then i can have an idea or two for her. thanks yall.

If you want to run it all on foot, you pretty much named the options there. New boxes for Immortals or Lychguard would be the best bet, as they build a variety of stuff.

Necron Destroyers perhaps or the Command Barge, which appears to be good value. Of course, neither of the two seems to be strictly speaking "on foot". Cryptek perhaps. Flayed Ones maybe if they tickle your fancy...

lol ive got the codex on order as my closest vendor of them is all in italian lol. yea was just trying to see what other people might be using. as this army will be more of a showcasey friendly game army for me for now. as ive got the grey knights all set and ready for when and if i do start to do competitive type things when i get back to the states lol.

At the bottom of that page are sample 1k and 1500 pt armies for the new necrons. They both seem rather playable but I have yet to see the 'crons in action, so that might be a good-on-paper-but army.
