So from my understanding the RA roll is made at the end of the phase. However it doesn't specify which phase or whose turn as I can remember. So if a warrior fails a difficult terrain test he gets 6 RA rolls before his next turn, one for each phase in each players turn. Is this correct?

Tests are taken after each phase ( movement, shooting, assault) if they fail the test the models are removed immediately.

At the end of each phase, check to see if any of your necron models with RP were killed. If they were, make a single RP roll for each such model. If the roll is passed, place the killed model back. If it is failed, remove the model from the game. You do not re-roll a failed RP for the same unit at the end of each phase. Start the next phase. At the end of that phase, repeat the process.

on the forum. Obviously

At the end of the phase in which the warrior has fallen. So if he falls in the opponent's shooting phase, you roll at the end of that shooting phase.
