From what people are saying, you are not missing anything. It seems nobody really likes the WD SoB codex.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

I actually like most of what they did in the WD dex. I play them and do alright. They are not a power house army like SM but still enjoyable to play. I'm not sure but usually you can find some sort of PDF some where on the web. Maybe contact GW and ask them if they know how you can get it. Good luck.
