after reading through the new necrons and playing an someone who had them i had a few questions he couldnt clear up.
when the command barge moves over a walker does it still attack his rear armor being that its a CC attack but says against Vehicles it rolls rear armor?

and can they preform this attack while moving flat out?

The Command Barge's Sweep Attack occurs in the movement phase and is not a CC attack. The 3 attacks will hit the rear armor of the walker.

You still get the attacks while moving flat out (only against a single unit you pass over), but will only hit on 4+.

If Anrakyr is in a CMB Barge, moves flat out, attacks a unit, can he still use Mind in the Machine?
The 'Flat Out' rules states that the vehicle cannot fire, and Anrakyr is not shooting...

Yes, he can still use MitM. He is not prohibited from performing it, as he isnt shooting.

Well honestly that comes from being a completely different rule. Fast Vehicles have 'Flat-Out' and bikes have 'Turboboost'.
