First some legal issues. 1) your HQ slot is illegal. If you want to take a Warlock body guard, you need at least 3 warlocks. Aside from that, a list like this needs to focus on defense. Your farseer needs Fortune and Warding. Runes of Warding defends you against enemy psychers, and Fortune helps keep your 400 point Wraithguard squad alive. I would also consider conceal. I understand that cover is pretty easy to get in 5th edition, but... Wraithguard have only 12 inch guns. If you keep that hugely expensive troop squad tucked safely away in cover... you are basically taking them out of the game! You need them marching up, to take your opponent's objective. the 5+ cover save from conceal is not bad when combined with the Farseer's fortune. The other issue you have is close combat. Inherant with Wraithguard is close combat. You've got a big tough durable squad, with devestating close range guns, that has trouble killing things in cc even with enhance! So naturally the enemy is going to charge them as soon as he can. You don't have any answers to that, except for a single wraithlord and a pheonix lord- and wraithlords don't have very many attacks. You need to focus on getting more attacks on the table so that you slash through most anything that gets into your wraithguard. I would try a list like this (100) Farseer- Runes of Warding, Fortune (140) 5 Harlequins- shadowseer, 5 kisses (391) 10 Wraith Guard + Warlock- spirit seer, conceal (120) 5 Pathfinders (125) Wraithlord- Missile, Sword (125) Wraithlord- Missle, Sword Total : 1001 I still think Pathfinders are bad. But this list keeps with your theme of small and elite, except it adds an additional Wraithlord, and 5 Harlequins. If you want to pop av14, you'll need to get up close and blast it with your guard, or smash it with your Lords. It plays basically the same except now you've got some real close combat punch. Since you've got 2 times as many wraithlord attacks, and they are re rolling misses. Not to mention the rending dice the Harlies can toss around. Anyway, if you are dead set on a pheonix lord, Karandaras would be better. He confers stealth to the squad, which means you can get a 4+ cover save from a warlock's conceal, and a 3+ cover save from being in real cover. combine that with a farseer's fortune and you're opponent is sure to be frustrated. That said, 1000 points is not the level you should be bringing a plord. You need more units on the table. an Eldar death star will pale in comparison to a Wolf, Blood Angel, or GK death star.
