Is Imotekh's lightning storm effected by smoke and/or Black Templar? e.g. only allowed glancings if the lightning hits? I think it's a bit silly if it does work, but would love your responses.

Also, how does the Death Ray work in regards to obscure? Say i rail gun through several vehicles, do any of them get obscurity?

If you have a cover save that isnt dependent on LOS, then you would get it - so infantry in area terrain would get a cover save, vehicles under a KFF

For BT smoke, check the BT FAQ - you have normal smoke now,

Death ray - normal way you determine cover, same as any shooting weapon.
