Before I start ordering all termie boxes and the extra Psycannons I need Do I also need to order the Arm it Attaches to or can the psycannon kinda fit on the stormbolter arms?

Yes, I think you do.

It should fit on the regular storm bolter arms. Either that or one of the dudes in my squad looks completely borked and I haven't noticed it yet.

It does not fit so bad that I would get a separate arm, I can say that much.

The only wierd thing may be the positioning of the arm and the lack of a fuel cell beneath. by positioning i mean that the heavy weapons arm goes on the body in such a way that you feel it can support the weight of the weapon okay. other than that you are golden.
