There used to be, on Forge World's site, a pdf of the rules for the Necron Tomb Stalker. It is no longer there (though I have a copy), but it mentions there are rules for it in the Imperial Armour Apocalypse II book. Does anyone know if the rules are different in that book?

Actually it's not in IAA2, it's in (afaik) IAA 2nd ed. (which I do not possess)

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Yeah, its in IAA 2nd edition (why didn't they just make it IAA3?).

If it has changed at all, they have to be very slight changes as it still even has the erroneous rule about being able to charge enemies that are out of LOS (dude, the Tomb Stalker would totally OWN in Fantasy Battle ).

But yeah, if you plan to use it in games I'd definitely recommend picking up the book as the IAA books (as opposed to the regular IA books) are a *much* better value in terms of rules per $ amount spent.

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!

It's IAA 2nd end because it updates the units in IAA1, incorporating the terrible amount of mistakes that they fixed as well as some new units. Otherwise they would have yet another book duplicating rules out there, now they can stop the IAA1 production. That was the book that gave us a stealth fighter drone with structure points, and a cobra without any....

I'd recommend the book, very very pretty pictures and some cool stuff in there!
