Pg 58: Defensive Weapons: "A vehicle that moved combat speed can fire all of its defensive weapons in addition to the single weapon it is usually allowed to fire."

Combat speed is 0 to 6 inches. If a vehicle goes further than 6 inches, it may not fire any defensive weapons. Other than PotMS or some other Codex specific rule, is this true?

Depends on if it's a fast vehicle or not.

Check page 73, it has a good table.

There isnt a single point at which you can fire defensive weapons where you cant also fire at least one offensive weapon
