Bad. 3 artillery units with absurdly long range, and no way to use them for the first turns of the game where they'd matter most.
Skip Imotek, replace him with a CCB lord and warscythe. Add a solar pulse to one of your crypteks, and take one more HoDestro for your fourth ark.
Replace the Deathmarks with more scarabs.

Like Ostrakon said, Imotekh and the Doomsday Arks will not play together nicely. By the time Night Fight ends and the Arks can see down-field, your enemy has likely positioned out of their LOS, possibly using your own Ghost Arks as a screen. CCB Overlord (or Anrakyr) will serve you a lot better.
The Deathmarks are another thing I'd strongly recommend losing. They're just too vulnerable given how close they have to be to have any effect. Scarabs and Lance Crypteks would both be a better place to put those points.

The thing about Deathmarks is that I think we're just not seeing them at their intended powerlevel. These guys are clearly a 6E unit.
Still, they have their uses. rapidfire rending shots that wound a 2+ can be a nice way to assassinate a unit.

Yup, current rumor mill is that deep striking models get to shoot once in the movement phase they arrive in 6E, and THAT makes them scary. Enemy unit comes in, mark enemy deathstar, ds onto them, take your 20 rending shots on 2+
The true potential of them in the current edition is that they do not need to deep strike near what just came in from reserve, so you can use it simply as a trigger and put them someplace entirely different. Most likely where you need some added fire power.

Yeah, if rumored changes come to Rapid Fire (edit: and of course DS!), Deathmarks will be much improved. I see little point in taking them now though. You're right that they have their uses, but they're very situational. In too many games they'll have nothing to do.
