I'm sorry to say it but your list lacks focus, this is not marines or orks wich is a blunt instrument you can create from anything, this is the Eldar, a finely tuned orchestra where everything has its part it's expected to fulfill. You NEED symmetry.

Ok, again what Gar'Ang said, you need a focus. But if this is what you have and you want to play with it then heres a couple tweaks i can offer.

1) Swap out those swooping hawks for more of something else, either more dire avengers, or make that guardian squad bigger and add a warlock to it with conceal (i assume your plan is to walk that unit around seeing as they wont be doing much else with 12 weps and a wep platform).

2) unless you have a 10 man squad of Avengers put elderad with the guardians, they can benefit more from his phsycic powers more than the avengers and so can the Avatar and Wraithlord and war walkers.

3)Your Prism needs holofields, it is the best vehicle upgrade in the eldar book. You can get some points back by axing the swooping hawks.

4) get rid of those warlocks with elderad, elderad doesnt have fleet so slows them down and you really need about 5 of them for them to start to be combat effective.

5) if you dont add more guardians throw them in that wave serpent the warlocks had.

These are the changes i would make assuming you're limited by what models you have. But try to pick an army style and stick to it.
