Question is pretty straightforward. Are the Falcon, Wave Serpent and Fire Prism/Night Spinner hull parts the same, and does the turrets work together on these hull? If not, what differs?
Also, whats the real difference between the regular eldar tanks compared to the type II from Forge World?

The hulls are all the same the turrets are not the nightspinner kit has some extra engine parts and bits you can stick on and the waveserpent kit has an extra back piece to create the larger transport capacity. The warphunter on forgeworld includes the entire fireprism/nightspinner sprues so you can potentially build up a spare nightspinner/fireprism if you have an extra hull. The typeII cobras etc are superheavys they are different and BIGGER the type II falcons are a mystery to me too.

Well the turrets are not the same, but the hull does.
The Serpent has the turrent slightly on the right side and smaller :
Where the falcon and prism has it centered and bigger :

That's because the serpent has a piece that slots into that normal turret position to cover it and allow the smaller turret for it to be offset.
Yes, they all have the same upper and lower hull.
The Wave serpent has the spines and a lower hull extension and rear hull spoiler/intake.
The Fire-prism/Night Spinner has wing extensions (at the back) with the vectored engines mod/upgrade and engine nozzle extensions.

The FW Falcon II had those extra heck spoilers and more streamlined turret to give it a more elegant look (copied by the new Fire prism kit).
