They're three twin-linked bolters, i.e. boltguns.

hrm... does that mean they get 12' rapid fire too? It just occurred to me but I never actually thought about it. I also just now realized that if that was true, I think I've been messing up my ironclad's loadout as well since if I can rapid fire, I won't be able to assault @_@

Yes, they are Rapid Fire. Walkers may always assault despite firing Rapid Fire.

Well, actually only within 12" do they get the same amount of shots as (the presumed equivalent of) 3 Storm Bolters thanks to Rapid Fire.
At over 12", it's only 3 TL-shots.
Also CSM's have TL-bolters (including on relentless units like Terminators or on their vehicles). Hurricane bolters works just like those.. xcept its 3 of them together.

Actually Chaos Terminators are NOT relentless; they were created before the Relentless USR was created, and so have a half hacked version that means they dont count as stationary for firing rapid fire weapons.
Additionally ALL vehicles are relentless, which is why they can fire on the move at all. Walkers are just another subset of vehicle, hence have the Relentless USR already
