was just wanted to clarify the inspiring presence rule. If any tau units have line of sight to him, they get to re-roll any morale checks. But if he is embarked in a devilfish, is the rule now LoS from the devilfish or is it cancelled out as no-one can have LoS to him?

If they do not have Line of Sight, then they cannot benefit from a rule that requires Line of Sight, I would imagine.

Since the model is out of LoS and its not an aura you would most likely not be able to gain the benefit while he is embarked.
