Armorcast tech bridge is nice ( I have 2), pegasus makes a nice bridge, Amera looks good too.

Bridges can be got from model railway shops.
You will probably find it easy to make the hills and trenches yourself.

As above for kits, but if you want cheap, ready made stuff try Classic Toy Soldiers OR Toy Soldiers Depot websites: most of it is plastic toy 1/32/54mm stuff, but most of the trees/plants/ ruins are good for 40k/whfb too; you might look at their "Guns of Navarone" hill with built in bunkers and guns--make an ideal objective.

Pet stores. Look for aquarium pieces. They most often have ruins that.are various sizes that will work. I have a few of these types of things add they range from a 5 to 25 for larger pieces
