Yes but I think people tend to exaggerate the bias a little. I've turned to Fox at noon and honestly, there's nothing that much wrong with it. Sure they have that obvious conservative spin in their word choice and how they approach things, but all news sources have a spin.

Fox doesn't get crazy crazy until prime time hours when all the wackos go on the air and start spewing dribble.

Mainstream media outlets report on the stories they are told to report on, and they say what they are told to say. They're not really news organizations, haven't been for a long time. They're nothing but propaganda outlets. Orwell had it right.

Only if you consider CNN, MSNBC, the Washinton Post, and the New York Times to be biased.

Fox news or rather the people you actually recognize from Fox News are among the most blatantly partisan reporters in the business.

Fox News is a bastion of impartial and responsible reporting.

I will take your advice and add a poll. I am just interested in the opinions of others and don't wish to express my own at this time. I don't see what is wrong with that. Honestly you aren't adding anything to this discussion, if you would like to express your opinion on the subject, please do.

All news sources have some sort of slant.

But Fox takes the piss more than most, its so ridiculously right wing/Jesus It is my favourite news show and I always watch it.

MSNBC and the New York Times are also pretty biased, but Ive yet to see them go as low as Fox.

Basically, take them all with a pinch of salt and BBC news for the deal breaker, it really is the best news in the world. Slightly left of centre and annoying when they had Nick Griffin on Question Time and treated him like a nonce, but still, it's pretty much the best you can get.

Oh and spend an hour a day watching Fox on the internet because it's comic genius.

Fox news is a yellow news agency. All news sources are biased, but fox news manufactures news for political aim.

If you have to ask then you're not rich enough for them to be biased towards you.

Seriously, this has been covered hundreds of times. Most TV media has a liberal bias with Fox being one of the few conservatively biased stations. The newspaper media has a slight liberal bias with certain papers(New Yorker) having extreme liberal biases.

The only media market where there are more conservatively biased sources than liberal sources is radio.

Exactly, I almost always vote Conservative and wouldnt entertain the idea of the BNP, but hypocricy sickens me utterly, and instead of keeping their mouths shut and allowing that "freedom of speech" we crow on about so much, it turned into a witchhunt.

The Labour party in the UK basically had "freedom of speech if you agree with Tony"

I don't think you understand how many channels Rupert Murdoch owns. Go back and look that up before claiming that most TV has a liberal bias.

The new yorker is a magazine and the washington post and the wall street journal are a pretty strong counterpoint to the new york times. I know its fun to pretend that the illuminati jews from the center of the earth have their liberal mind control engine on full power in American media but it's a pretty blatent lie.
