I will be entering a tournemant and I have been writing a list with some help of a mate. I have tweaked the list to get these two lists but I am not sure which list is better so I will leave it to you to fnd all on the faults. Based on previous tournemants I can say that there are several Grey Knight players and I think only one Ork player or none, depending on which army he brings. So the meta is meq armies. And a single Nid player. So here are the two lists they are very similar with only a few changes.

You only have three scoring units.

Personally I would not go for any flamecannons as you need the enemy in a tear shape and also the assault cannon is amazing.

Maybe drop some weapons from the attack squads to save points, 5 men will not last long anyway.

You'll be reliant on the stormraven, if it survives to reach the other side then you'll have won.

Why do I need them in a tear shape?

On your list it looks like you want Mephiston to carry you through your games and sometime he can play right. 1 Stromraven will have a big shot me on it cause with your assualt trems in it takes way form almost everything eles in your army. On the baal unless everyone plays hoard you lose out. It seems like you want your army to be there up close and stay way i say ether pick get there or stay back or pick mid field. But Mephiston in any list help hope this help

You need at least 4 Razorbacks for this to ever work. Flamestorm Baal Predators suck too, because by the time you get in range to kill infantry you can get assaulted by them. There goes 115 points worth of Vehicle to a unit that could be worth much less. I'd also drop the Power Weapons and or Thunder Hammers from the Assault Squads. They won't be doing much assaulting in a razorback and 5 man squads really don't do much in Assault anyways.

It is a template weapon. Your plan was to shoot open a transport with one unit then flame, then the enemy can easily deploy out the transport to mitigate the burns.

Otherwise you scout forward and theoretically you can get in range of enemy units but only just so unless the enemy is in a straight line then you shouldn't get too many hits. Then they get to charge you .

I wasnt going to scout them my plan for them was to outflank them and take out a marine squad. As the Flamestorm Cannon ignores armour saves for them due to ap3.
