Okay my questions are what bikers do people ideally use cause there are 2 different sections for bikers, "Warbikers" and "Nob Bikers". I've seen armys with around 7 bikers plus a painboy and warboss, so if you can only take the Nob Bikers just to get a Painboy that's hella expensive.

Nob Bikers can each be uniquely equipped to really screw around with wound allocation. That's their greatest strength, and why they dominated tournaments early in 5th. Also, you probably shouldn't post points values, as it's against the rules and frankly oddly specific.
If you want to take a fast biker army, take Wazdakka Gutzmek and take biker boyz as troops. If you want a brutal, small army, take two warbosses, and take two nob biker squads as troops.

A unit of Nob Bikers with a Painboy, cybork and various equipment is a tough unit. I don't always take the maximum of 10, but I often take a mob of Nob Bikers when I play my Orks.

Regular ork bikers seem more of a s5 shooting unit, with the obligatory pk nob that all ork units tote around. Its a unit you add to fill a hole in your otherwise complete ork army.
Nob bikers are a metagame choice that uses a small, elite kill point army with wound allocation rules to beat enemy armies that cant deal with the unit fast enough to prevent the bikes from crushing their core units. Nob bikers can be hard countered with certian armies, meaning Nob bikers are a unit you add that makes your list into a rock, where you beat scissors and hope no one took paper.
