They really should have swapped this contest and the Warpath one. Converting a new Necron unit using parts of other Necron kits and other bits works, more or less, but Mantic deciding they're going to put a kitbash made using other companies' products into production is just stupid.

No idea, but its a UK based auction, with a dollar price. Dollars were chosen to present a bigger number for less cost.
So I guess its fully international.
