drop the demos and grenediers on everyone, drop harker, drop marbo, trade one vendetta for a valk with the multiple missile pod, and take a chimera for the sloggin vets, take another melta box (3 meltas in a chimera)
should have about 55 points left over.
also, always deep strike storm troopers, they underperform any other way.

I would worry about the shortage of scoring models for this high amount of points. If you face a mob army you won't have enough squads or models to survive. If you drop grenadiers and stormtroopees you can take another vet vendetta squad + something else. I wouldn't take harker either in this list. You could probbably work in another lrmb with a minimum amount of restructuring if you wanted.

if i take another flyer then i have to start squadroning them...is it worth it?

the trading a vendetta for a valk with the pods may not work out too well, all my opponents who i play on any kind of regular basis are BA, SW, Chaos marines and regular marines. I use the vendettas to pop the razorbacks/rhinos and the LRBTs to slam the occupants. It works alright, but if I dropped the lascannons I fear it would stop being as effective...And what would the job of the valkyrie be?

And I don't like just flat out disregarding advice, but marbo stays. he is gold. 100%, musclebound gold.

I liked your first list better. Only change I would do is drop the Grenaiders so you can get a OotF and a Astropath on your CCS.

What is your role for Harker? See, I feel if your plan is to use him as a anti-vehicle unit, your sorta wasting the HB. If he is going to be your rear area objective camper, I would consider 3 plasma guns. I would also say upgrade to 3 plasma if your going to use him as anti-infantry. The Demolitions combined with Str 7 goodness means that if AV 12+ gets that close to you, charge it to melta bomb it. AV 12 or less is plasma bait. Otherwise make sure you stick to cover with that unit to make use of Harker's Stealth.

If you do upgrade to plasma and your not sure where to get the points, drop Grenaiders (or OotF if you already dropped it). Use the finial 15pts and consider a HWT for Harker. Sure, they lose some mobility, but a AC or Missile Launcher could really give them some added punch. If you could get 5pts more, I would just go straight to the LC to aid your LRBT's. But the ML Krak at BS 4 should do the job on transports/Razorbacks and give you some frag versitility. I just normally feel the AC fires at the same targets as the ML and is better due to the second shot, but with 5pts floating around, you might as well fill it up on the ML.
