I've been getting a lot of different responses from friends of mine on how this works.
The million dollar question is:
Does a unit after using its Teleport Shunt move have to roll for scatter OR does the move count like a bike's turbo boost and not scatter (ie a normal move)?

I think most of the confussion is coming from its name having the word "Teleport".

Does the rule say you DS or scatter? There's your answer.

No, but thats the problem. I say no because it doesn't mention DS or Scatter. Some say yes because of the word "Teleport" in the name.

Scattering is Part of Deepstriking, either you DS or you follow the rules for DS. Of which IIRC Shunt uses Neither.

So? Is teleport a rule?

Nope. It's just a one-time 30" jump infantry move. No mention of DS. No mention of scatter.

No scatter. "teleport" is what GK JI does every single time it moves using the packs.
