Can a Cryptek with Solar Pulse use it at the start of the opponents turn? Or is it just his own turn? Or the start of a GAME turn. (If your opponent went first, then the turns begin on his turn?)

Just says "The Solar Pulse can be used at the start of ANY turn"

You can use the Solar Pulse at the start of any turn, and that includes your opponent's turn.

..... Does Seem like a good upgrade for a cryptek then, if your gonna use the Veil/deep strike thing.

Thanks for the Clearification.

Right so essentially I would read it as:

"The Solar Pulse can be used at the start of ANY PLAYER turn."

Actually, Nos's post defines it as the complete opposite. You should read it as:

"The Solar Pulse can be used at the start of ANY PLAYER turn."

No, why would you do that?

The solar pulse can be used at the start of any PLAYER TURN because it only says "turn"
