This is my tut on how to speedpaint orks.
The paints you will need are:
Krylon fusion camo ultra-flat tan
thrakka green wash or goblin green
devlin mud wash
chaos black
boltgun metal
any red

Step 1: spay model with tan spray.
2. 1 heavy wash or 2 medium washes of thrakka on skin
2. Or you can paint skin goblin green
3. paint metal boltgun
4. paint details (boots, straps, etc.) black
5. paint eyes and glyphs red
6. devlin mud over everything but skin
7. Done!

Didn't realize until now, the models look better in person and in a mob, but this method is meant to be quick and unique and it is both.

I don't know... The ork skins look kinda glossy for my tastes.

The camera flash made it reflect allot more than it really does. The wash skin is very muted and dirty looking

Good start. Now you just need to paint them.

It looks look you threw a cat with paintbrushes taped to its claws at your mini.

Get some army painter dips and sprays if your looking to churn out alot of boyz.

Damn I cant wait to the GW legal team codex comes out now there is a dex that will conquer all.

Underneath your painting desk

Now now Jubear, that wasn't nice.

He's got the right idea. I'd touch up the colors though and make sure the paint is all in the right places, then I'd make sure the wash fills the recesses rather than pooling on the flat areas. I'd also paint waay more details, but that might just be personal preference.

It brought bile to my throat so he has a good point.
My first pitiful attempts were Insulted, I'm a better a painter for it. Tough love.

Even though I just want to point out my first were Tabletop standard not this.

I will agree this is quick though, and my method envolves 30 Different stages.

I even do OSL on the Eyes. OTT mabye but fun.

I assume your called Andrew and your 14. I'm also an Andrew but I'm 16.

Do you basecoat your models with black spray? And how long have you been painting.
Also on a side note how tolerant are you of critism and things of that Ilk?

Yes I basecoat my models, I have been painting for about a year and a half, and CC is welcome because I know it will only improve my painting.

Ok, I shall let full rip, I excuse myself for this but Its good in the long run.

Your models are subpar at best, the coating isn't very thick. You need to water your paints down and do multiple layers. Look out for a tutorial on how too.

I would also suggest looking at some colour theory. The colours shown currently don't match, Red and Blue just doesn't work.

Have you Highlighted before because I don't think you have. With the skin I would recommend my style of Goblin Green then put some Skull white into the mix and do so with smaller amount each time 2-3 times 5 if It's a Warboss. Then a wash. Or do the Wash after the Goblin Green. The Wash being Devlan Mud.

Have you Invested in a pin drill? I suggest getting one and drilling holes in the gun barrels It adds a lot to the model.

The base is too busy and colourful. Its meant to enhance the model not detract from it. All I see is the Red and blue all over the base. It looks messy.

Another point is pairing blood.
Get Scab Red ans stipple or drybrush on. Highlight with Blood Red then Gloss. Provided that fresh blood look.

If you need help asking on how to do things ask in the painting section. You should get the answer needed. Then Its just practise and trying new things.

Thanks for your advice, and by the way, I have a pin drill and the barrels are drilled out, its just hard to tell in the picture.

Sorry for being perhaps a little harsh before mate, I am not a skilled painter by any means but I do ok work so maybe I can give you some advice that helped me out alot.

1. avoid to many colors try to stick to a fairly limited pallete its stop your minis looking like clowns and makes the job of painting them easier.

2. Bases and faces these are what someone first notices when looking at a mini so go the extra mile with them.

3. a neat base coast is extremely important no amount of washes or dry brushing is going to hide the fact that you rushed the basecoat.

4. Stick to easier colors that take a wash well when painting hordes of figures.

5.Washes are a noobs best friend (I think I should buy grython sepia by the litre) paint the base coats slightly lighter then what you are going for and then use the washes to apply some easy shading and to bring the colors down a tone or two the fact that you started with a lighter color will produce a more pronounced shading effect.

6. spend 15 minutes researching color theory and get yourself a color wheel it really helps when trying to pick a contrasting color.

And not really a tip but the style of painting you are going for with the boyz is called "juicing" atleast it is around here you might want to look up some tutorials on dakka as I am sure someone has covered it before.

Good luck with the Orks and thankyou for not playing space marines and challenging yourself as a painter and a gamer

Ha Ha thanks for the advice guys, I am more of a modeler than painter, I just don't want brown models. Whats funny is that in the art elective I am taking at school we are just starting color theory. I'll make sure I listen.
