made up a mechanized blood angels list for a tournament tomorrow! Here's the picture of the army on display, looks pretty cool IMO.



List is -

HQ- Librarian w/ jump pack (Shield, Lance) - 125 pts

Elite - 1 Sanguinary Priest w/ jump pack + power sword - 90 pts
Elite - 5x Sanguinary Guard (2x plasma pistols) - 220 pts
Elite - 5 man Assault Terminator Squad (2x claw 3x hammer) in a land raider (w/ multimelta) - 475 pts

Troops - 10 man Assault Squad (2x Flamers, Thunder Hammer+Combat Shield on sarge)- 235 pts
Troops - 10 man Tac Squad (melta, combi-melta, missile launcher) in razorback - 240 pts

Fast- 2x Land Speeder Typhoons - 180 pts

Heavy - Vindicator w/ dozer blades - 150 pts
Heavy- Predator w/ 2x las + AC - 135 pts


Limited in choice of models at some points, but whatever.

They're the Aurora Chapter being played as blood angels, right? That's a very nice army you got there, good luck at the tournament.

I am guessing these guys were salamanders till the blood angles dex came out?

I'm currently building a full Descent of Angels list to use as a counts-as 8th company (All codex adherent chapters have an 8th company consisting of only assault marines), but this tournament counted painting, so I had to use only fully painted squads here.

Didn't do as well as I'd have liked... turns out space wolves are NASTY in close combat
