This is a mini I painted for a mate of mine.
I recently switched from GW paints to Vallejo game colours. I did this step mainly because I fell in love with the Model Air range I'm using for my airbrush equipment so I used this little fella for testing some of their colours.

All in all I'm pretty pleased with this rawboned alien dude, although his blue suit could have been more smooth in the end.

Comments and critics are highly appreciated!

Very nice paintjob, I like the skin the most - you've nailed the Tau look for me. Looks very believable looking skin.

Nice to see a different kind of figure!

It looks nice.. Its the only model of the Tau that I really like.
And with that.. The orange and blue are kinda contrasting. Its not pleasing to look at (The blue and orange of the suit that is).
But the skin and the greens look sweet!

The clashing blue and orange work well, to my eye, but I can see why some people would be put off. I like 'im.

Also, I use vallejo exclusively, myself, and have since 2003 or so. Quality stuff!

I like the model, the OSL Isn't the best, looks very flat to my eye.

Good work overall. But I would say why is an Air Caste on the Ground? Mabye you should've based him in a Hangar.
