Ok, so I know the CSM codex isn't excatly great, but this I find a bit of a let down.

"A model wearing Terminator armour has a 2+ Armour Save and a 5+ Invulnerable Save. Models in Terminator armour are capapble of moving and firing with heavy weapons and may assault after firing rapid fire and heavy weapons. On the other hand, models in Terminator armour may not Sweeping Advance after assualts."

Now here is my question, does this mean that a Termi with a Twin-Linked Bolter can't fire its 24" single shot after moving? They can move and shoot an autocannon but can't shoot a rapid fire weapon at full range after moving?

Just wondering if this bugs anyone else as much as it does me.

You are correct that the CSM terminators can not fire 24 inches.

They are not relentless, they just have rules that make them similar to that rule. So you can shoot heavy and rapid fire weapons, but you can not fire a rapid fire weapon more than 12 inches if you have moved with CSM terminators.

Not really, they can get a multitude of combi weapons, more than SM terminators, so it makes sense.
