I'm currently working on a Destroyer Overlord for my new necron force using spares from the Command Barge kit aswell as an old destroyer body I had lying around, currently only his torso, shoulder pads and arms have been completed to my (almost) satisfaction, the rest is a work in progress and I still need to pick out the final details on the torso, head and spine.

I'm not too sure if I like the edge highlighting now its been done

As always comments and criticism are welcome

Cheers

It looks excellent, my only suggestion is make the pose more threatening, after all, all he wants to do is beat you to death.

The pose of the Scythe is more a result of a rushed assembly shortly before heading out to work, when I left it was up in the air mid swing and upon my return it was down at that angle (when not on his base that angle brought it into contact with my desk which supported it and glued in place there).

I'd been waiting ages for my order to arrive and got impatient to actually assemble something when it got here, but you're right it does look a little... downwardy atm. I think I'll end up reposing when I come to paint the weapon.

i actually like the pose, he looks very menacing, like he is looking down on his next unfortunate victim

I've done a little bit more of the Overlords body and arms now, I'm fairly happy with how everything is coming out so far.

Just got the destroyer body itself to finish off before I'm happy to move onto other miniatures (still not sure about the pose)
