Did a search & couldn't find any thing in regards on how to rule .
Master of Ordinance firing Artillery bombardment during night fight.
If a arrow is rolled shot scatters an additional d6 , so if shot is fired during
night fight shot scatters a further additional d6 via the night fight rule & barrage weapons
from the BRB w/ no modification of scatter from the
MoO basillistic . Is this correct ?

Yep, an additional D6 from MoO and an additional D6 if you fail your spotting roll.

Yeah it's 4d6 if he can't see. (also there's no "i" in "ordnance")
