He is cheaper than 'comparable' characters with less abilities than he has and also has some other insane stuff.

I.E. Getting to roll FNP may no matter what, which gives him a 2+/4+ and a 4++/4+ in any situation essentially.

The fact that he has descent of angels and heroic intervention, in addition to eternal warrior etc.... all for 250pts?

So, he's better than Dante, Calgar etc.. and costs less points.

You're on the right track but you need to balance him vs other chapter masters and/or up the cost substantially.

Alrighty. Points probably going up as I really hate some of the rules for chapter masters.

I agree, hes way to badass.
Possible changes:
Drop Iniative to 5, 6 is too much.

Drop wounds and attacks by 1, because on the charge we would have 7 attacks (including extra LC)

Drop FNP idea, too OP with everything else.

Or raise points cost.
