Do vehicles count as psykers for the cullexus assassin and determining how many shots he gets?

I'm assuming you mean Grey Knight Psychic Pilots? Then no, as they are only counted as Psykers "for the purposes of Psychic Tests", or something along those lines.

Vehicles do not count as pykers for the cullexus assassin.

What about a Furioso Dreadnought?

You mean a Furioso Librarian? I think so. It actually has the Special Rule 'Psyker'. Not 'Psychic Pilot' like GK vehicles.

Yes, because of this:

The reason I asked is because psychic pilot states that they are psykers and leadership 10 for purposes of psychic test and psychic hoods. So this leads me to two things.

1- they are psyker, given rule wording, the fact that they have psycic mastery lvl 1, and psychic powers listed under profile
2- they are ld 10 for psychic test and psychic hood profiles.

Have I over looked an faq or something, because the psychic pilot rules seems to state they are psykers and ld 10 based on the wording.

But the rule doesn't say they are psykers. It says they are psychic pilots. Not that they are Psykers. They are not rule worded to be psykers

Libbies, Farseers, Furioso Libby's etc are 'Psykers' explicitly.

Valkyrie has it then, they count as psykers (and LD10) for purposes of taking psychic tests.

The rule says they are counted as being a psyker and ld 10....... If they aren't psykers how can they use fortitude? What's throwing me off is the psychic pilot rule says they are treated as being a psyker and ld 10 for tests and hoods.

It works better emphasized this way.

So even though it has a psycic mastery level, can take perils of the warp, can use a psychic power, and can be nullified by nids and hoods, its not a psyker?

Only for the purpose of taking psychic tests. If it does not have the Psyker special rule then they don't count as Psykers for the cullexus assassin.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

So since its just for psychic test and hoods, it can't suffer perils from things like mind strike missiles because its not a psyker.

Perils is inherently related to taking psychic tests.

Mindstrike, not so much.

Also, Mindstrikes say that any Psyker hit. So no.

OK, I'm just trying to make sure because I have a tourny coming up and was thinkning about using him instead of my inq, 3 PC serv, chimera unit. One last question, If the cullexus is in a rhino, when he goes to shoot does he get bonus shots from units in transports, obviously only psychic ones, but for example 5GKSS in a razorback withing 12" would give the cullexus +1 shot, even though they are inside a transport and technically not on the table?

Which is also why the Furioso Librarian specifically says that it only has a LD 10 for Psychic Purposes and the FAQ confirm that it can be affected by special rules and wargear that target psykers yet in the Dark Eldar FAQ they can't be affect by Cubical of Malediction (targets all psykers in range).

For the Cullexus' weapon I can't say one way or the other but for his ability Etherium that's a different story
