What are the Cherubim? and are they playable? how?

1: They used to be a model to use as familiars, back when there were models in the army that could take them. Now they'd be good for decoration.

2: What about them? They can be taken in Soritas command squads.

so Sister of Battle Chirugeon is playable only in a soritas command sqaud? as far as ive read soritas command sqaud arent really used 1500 or less..

A Chirugeon, exactly as it says in the description? I don't see how that's something you needed to ask. Also, edit your posts instead of making multiples.

It did look like you were asking what the model was from here. It's only usable in the command squad now.

Yes.

But you asked, word for word, "what is this then?" and I answered.

The "surgeon" is an old model for a Sister Hospitaliter, member of a non-militant order of Sororitas working as nurses. They are part of the fluff, were usable in Inquisitor retinues in 3rd and 4th edition and will certainly be used in the upcoming Sororitas Codex (haven't looked at the WD COdex).

Cherubs make great objective markers right now (what I use mine for).

Chiurgeon is a Sister Hospitaller in the Sororitas Command Squad.

Brother SRM is just grumpy.

thanks kroothhawk and pretre. came across the above on ebay and they looked interesting. i did a very quick google search and didnt find much in great detail. thanks for the insight
