What is the consensus on when RP rolls are taken? After every phase, opponent and friendly? Or only after a unit takes a casualty? Or after every friendly phase? The Codex reads after "the phase"? I read the other posts and could not find an answer?

At the end of Every Phase. Every meaning all, both yours and theirs.

This means 6 times every full game turn.
At the end of each of your phases and at the end of each of mine.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

I thought it said something like you put a counter next to the unit for each casualty it takes in the phase, you roll to see if they come back, and then, regardless of results, you remove the counters. So if six out of ten Warriors die, you have four alive and six counters. The phase ends, you roll six dice, get, say, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. So two Necrons reanimate, and you remove the counters. You now have six Necrons in the squad and no counters. Then they get assaulted, and three die, so you have three living Necrons and three counters. Assuming they don't flee, you roll three dice. For argument's sake, one gets back up. You then remove the counters. Now there's four living Necrons and no counters.
I don't have the Codex in front of me, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

It only says remove counters if a fall back move is made...
Ah...ok, that makes more sense.
