Has anyone gotten these? The pics on the website are bad, and from what I can see the models look horrid.

.Only a fool believes there is such a thing as price gouging. Things have value determined by the creator or merchant. If you don't agree with that value, you are free not to purchase.

I'm sure you're not suggesting that someone asking a valid question("Has anyone gotten these?") is trolling, right?

I'm not entirely sure that these are what anyone, by any standard, would seriously call "the best castings on the market" as the only review on the site would suggest. Female models with ultraskinny legs, huge rear ends and busts, and then utilizing the standard Cadian arms. That's not exactly a "recipe for success".

My god, they're hideous. If saying that these look horrid is trolling, then colour me troll.

Dunno, you put a girl in armor like cadians wear and your gonna get figs like in the picture. I notice skinnier legs, which I would expect. Helmetted heads make it hard to discern gender, but is pretty much par for the course. Body armor is naturally going to stifle boobage, so I can't complain there. My only complaint is that I'd like to see 1 out of 5 heads be unhelmetted with a decent face and hair sculpt. More individual close up pics would probably do much to wane the hate. Barring that, better paintjobs.

I've got two friends who play guard who in passing said they wanted these sets from CH when I showed them. Merry Xmas guys.

THE FUN HAS BEEN DOUBLED!!!

Chapterhouse's philosophy on the matter was that they were sub-par. They took town those female guard parts for a bit because they weren't good enough and people complained. There's apparently a small minority that things these were "good enough".

It's really lose-lose for them here.

They look like someone frog marched a load of underweight girls onto the front lines. However my main issue is the lazy way they have gone around to making them.

Poorly done Cadian's, that as Kan has noted have spent too much time worrying if the bust or rear where big enough, rather than getting faces that look Humanoid would have helped.

Tbh I would have been much more interested if they had come up with their own regiment design, done three legs sculpts, two/three body sculpts.
Then a number of arm sculpts and head sculpts to give some variety, maybe five to ten of each, and then desined their own not-Imp Guard weapons to go with them that matched the athestetic of the regiment they designed.

To me this is plain lazy, doesn't work at all with the Cadian arms, and was noted by a few posters at the time they where shown originalyl while in design process.
