I picked up this model as prize support from a tournament that I placed 3rd in. It was $20 GW credit, so I figured I might as well buy something I need. I only painted him in 4 days because of a league that was starting up which requires all your models to be painted. :/ Tell me what you guys think!

As for the paintjob, it looks good, but maybe try thinning your paints a bit more next time? It looks to on rather thick.

You need to thin your paints and work on shading. The metal looks very splotchy in addition to being thick. Slather some Badab Black on that figure and it should help out a lot.

I dont like the varnish, and paint thinner layers.

Let's not forget how much larger the picture is than the actual mini. The paint probably doesn't look that splotchy or thick irl ^^
