The idea is to have a very heavy shooting army with long range that can fire, then use night-fight to avoid taking any yourself.

Zahndrekh and the Overlord each join one of the courts to give them 4+ RP while Zahndrekh gives out Tank Hunters or Stealth to one of the Courts depending on what I need them to do. The Stalker marks those nasty enemy units you don't want assaulting you or big meaty vehicles you need to take down so that all those lances and Heavy Gauss Cannons are now twin-linked. Night Scythes fly around trying to stay at max range of their targets and hunt light vehicles/infantry or if the Harps can do their job maybe even take out some heavier vehicles that have been reduced a couple points. After you shoot, use solar pulse to avoid incoming fire from the majority of enemy fire. I know it's a little light on troops but I figure by turn 3 when I can't force Night Fighting anymore my opponent will be more worried about how to get rid of the royal courts/Destroyers than my 3 little troop transports flying around. Thoughts?

The list looks pretty viable. Obviously you have put a LOT of thought into this and not just spammed some good units.

The only thing about it is you do not have enough troops. 15 is not enough period. Wouldn't be enough if they were immortals. Beef them up or add another squad by dropping a destroyer squad ect... that is super sexy synergy but it to be more competitive you need way more crons. It will be scary then.

Cause if I played against you the FIRST thing i'd do was knock out your armor 11 transports then whatever happens after that doesn't even matter. Heaving hitting units will be 'scary' but 3 scoring units of FIVE necrons in armor 11 skimmers is a glaring dead button.

I'd split the heavy destro's from the regular. That way you can focus better on either tank or infantry. Have the Nemesor give the HD's tank hunter for str 10 shennanigans. Possibly twin linked with use of the stalker.

It looks very fragile for 2k, and very susceptible to any assault.

Three, 5 man- 4+ers won't cut it. Their transport is av11 (doesn't have shielding). You'll have to get your Night Scythes in at least 24" to shoot anything. If the squads get dropped into reserve and have to walk on, they won't last long.

If you're plan was to kite them troops around the board and mow down with everything else; there just isn't enough firepower.

Most competitive armies have many means at their disposal to disregard or re-roll night fighting.

It's criminal not to have a Chonometron instead of a lance in those Courts.

You need to find 5 points somewhere, I'd suggest working in a few more troops as well. You really don't need to run 240 points of bulletcatchers in the regular destroyers, by the time the Nightfighting is over they should have done most of their work and it's Anti infantry time.

Here's my take on your concept with troops that count. The Courts get vehicles to ride in and keep them safe, makes a big difference.
