i was thinking of making a monty python skaven army, the grey seer would be Brian, slaves would be rat peasants who follow brian, warlord would be the the black knight, plague monks would be the puratins who hit themselves, doomwheel would be a ggiant wooden rabbit, preachers would be warlock engineers, the knights who say ni would be storm vermin and some other ideas, what do you think? would it work?

I always thought the monks in the movie look like plague monks also.

the only problem I see would be making the regular troops fit in with the theme. Maybe having each regiment a different theme? like 20 clanrat Snooty Frenchmen, another batch would be the life of Brian suicide squad and so on and so forth.

fielding a hell pit monster as the Legendary Black Beast of Aaaargh! wouldn't hurt either.

IMO you should either focus on one movie or spread it out over everthing they did (chicken Knight, bicycle repairman, Scott of the Antarctica, etc. etc.)

There are just way to many cool characters to use and the only thing stopping you is really your own abilities.

This would however look very awesome if it works out, good luck!

Love the idea of a Monty Python army, but I'm not convinced Skaven are the best army list to use? - unless you just love the Skaven rules, of course.

Seriously though when I started Warhammer back almost 20 years ago I was building a skaven army and named each model after a flavor of cheese. (Inspired by the cheese shop sketch).

This project might have to go on hold since I am doing another competition atm and have just spent myself's limit on warhammer, Christmas is coming though! I was thinking i could put Mr cholesterol as the vermin (or vomit) lord
