So, when I attack a vehicle the rule says I roll to hit, then immediately roll for the entropic strikes. Does this happen before I resolve the vehicle pens? I.e. Is the armor lowered, then the strength damage resolved?

This is neither news nor rumor and ought to be moved.

Yes, this is exactly how it works. It inserts a step beween roll to hit and roll to penetrate

Stealing thread to asking this question!

Can cover be taken against any entropic hit?
You take cover after the damage has been rolled and the cover save negates the damage. But it does not negate the hit, correct?

So you can never actually avoid entropic strike, cause cover doesn not negate the hit, only damage.

ZombieJoe:

Correct. Saves cannot prevent the armor value reduction from an entropic hit.

Harp of Dissonance is 1 per Royal Court, max 2 in an army.

That is not correct. When you upgrade a cryptech to a harbinger you get the staff with him, but you cannot have two of the same items in the same court. So you can't take two veils of darkness in the same court but you can have 5 harbingers of destruction with 5 eldritch lances. Because it says that you can have more than 1 of each type and when you upgrade you get that staff.

No, NecronLord3 is correct.

I'm not sure what you're arguing against.

Except the Harp of Dissonance is NOT the staff for that type of Harbinger.
