I do not fond of the balance of your list and how it all fits together.

6 sternguard, some combimeltas and 2 heavy flamer in a rhino. As a antiinfantry unit to roll with tactical squads.
Then I would drop the preds for maybe vindis, as they can run forward with the rest of your army. You already have dreads as covering fire, and covering fire that can move and shoot as well.
Or maybe drop the preds for an extra typhoon and a bunch of upgrades across the board like combimeltas for the tactical squads.

I think that is my main concern: the preds waiting alone and the back when you already have some dreads.
