Ever see that scene in Event Horizon when Sam Neil shows Lawrence Fishburne what it's like in the Hell Dimension and you see all of his crew members being dismembered/tortured? Probably like that. A place of eternal torture and unimaginable agony. The Eldar are terrified of being consumed by Slaanesh for a reason.

When I was a kid there was an infamous rumor about the rapper Lil Kim. This was the first thing I thought when I read thread title.

Eternal torment as Slaanesh does pretty much whatever he wants to your helpless soul, with no hope of escape. Not fun times, to say the least.
