So, I have a few questions to help guide me along the process of writing an 1850 Blood Angels list.

First off, HQ: which should I take and why, and how to equip it?

Elites: which units are must haves and what equipment? Are sternguard a good choice? Sanguinary Guard? Assault Termies?

Troops: I noticed alot more choice than vanilla marines, which units and equipment?

Fast: Are Baal predators any good?

Heavy: Are stormravens decent? what are the best units/builds to go for?

I'm completely open to suggestions as I have no experience to build from yet.

Check out the army list subforum. Answers to your questions are largely dependant on what sort of army you want to field.

it really depends on if you want a Mech list or if you want a DoA list, or some other variation.

What kind of list were you looking to build?

A more unconventional (at least not as popular as DoA or razor spam) approach like Sternguard in a drop pod with a Sanguinary Priest would be very interesting...

Baal Preds are amazing, thats all I got to say
