Question for ya all. Say a storm raven is behind a rhino with the storm raven on it's little pedestal so it's in the air and fully visible to the enemy.

Does the storm raven get a cover save?

How about if I didn't have it on a pedestal? Does it now get a cover save since most of it would now be behind the tank?

Also, if I'm shooting from the strom raven that's fully visible on the pedestal, with the same tank in front, does my target get a cover save since I'm shooting "through" my tank?

And lastly, would it be illegal to play the storm raven without the pedestal?

1) No, the vehicle is entirely visible
2) It has to be on said pedestal.
3) No, the reverse of number 1
4) Yes, you must use models with their supplied bases.

No, because it is completely visible to the enemy, and no, you can't have it off its pedestal, as it must be on the base it was supplied with (unless it was wrecked/immobilized)

No, the enemy does not recieve a cover save either, as the Raven can see him completely.

See above statement for answer to the last question.

It has to be on the large oval flying base. For vehicles, you determine cover by the hull, so if the entire side you are shooting at is visible, no cover is allowed.
