Which Warbands and Legions are likely to help the Red Corsairs in the event of an Emergency? Also, are the Emperor's Children friendly towards them(non-peverted way)?

Warbands and/or Legions to help in case of emergency?

> 0 if it is about to help the red corsairs.
> lots if it is to relieve them of ressources...

Chaos is all about selfishness. Can't expect help in the usual way.

The Emperors Children may accept them as audience in their actual concert tour. Isn't this nice?

The legionaires seem to look down on the upstarts and the EC are one of the specimens who could rival Eldar in terms of arrogance....
Considering these 2 possibilities, the red corsairs could get access to backstage...

CSM warbands have no sense of unity with one another and even within their own forces get along extremely tense. They won't come to the Red Corsairs aid unless something is in it for them.

The Fall of Vilamus in 5th Edition Rulebook talks about how the Red Corsairs managed to cripple the Marines Errant with the help of the Night Lords, though Huron Blackheart had to strike a deal with them (geneseed) and it was hardly out of the goodness of their heretical hearts.

As for the Emperor's Children, they're the most self-centered of the most self-centered so I doubt they really care about the RC's one way or another.

My guess is the only ones who are especially concerned with the Red Corsairs are the Black Legion, as Abaddon may view this new upstart Huron as a rival. The Word Bearers, who also have a world in the Maelstrom, probably view the rather secular and materially-centered Red Corsairs with great disdain and outright hostility as well.

I think the Heresy veterans would be: "seriously? All you new-timers are good for is absorbing bolter-fire. Don't try and imitate us, we were killing Imperials aeons before your ancestors were born."

(the Red Corsairs would reply with: "you've been fighting everything for ten thousand years, how are there any of you left?")
