Puppets War (Or puppet war, it's one or the other)
Is good.
So is Chapter House.
Neither are UK but few of the good ones are...
The shipping is fairly cheap at any rate.

Then expect to get cheap looking conversions.

When you look at shoulderpads--Forge World's really are going to be the 'best' for your buck. Even if it is quite a few bucks...

When you look at weapons--the same thing happens. Even a single one of the bolter sets, while absurdly priced, will give you enough to spread across ten Astartes in your force. Which ones you choose to give it to is, of course, up to you.

Could always check a bits site for Bretonnian Knight heads.

To make my Black Templars stand out, I've mixed in Grey Knight bits, Terminator and PA, to make them look like Deathwatch veterans. I've Used Scibor Miniatures' shields and shoulder pads. I've used ForgeWorld shoulder pads, brass etch, and the Templar Dreadnought. I've used the Black Templar kit from GW. I've used Bretonian Bits from Warhammer Fantasy. I've used bases from MicroArt Studios, and a few other places. And I've used Bitspodo not-Razorback turrets.

There are plenty of options, man. What chapter are you doing?

Depending on what your after you could always test your skill at using green-stuff. Make little add-ons that aren't available to standard kits.

Or, failing that, chop and glue assorted parts. I've made some rather nice Scout sniper rifles using a standard SM boltgun with Eldar weapon nozzles. It looks rather effective and when blended with the boltgun the fact they were originally Eldar is hidden from the untrained eye.
