What do you think will be in it? I'm thinking 10 Warriors, 5 Immortals, a Ghost Arc, and... I dunno what else. Maybe 5 Praetorians? 3 Destroyers? Some Scarabs? What do you think is likely?

10 warriors, 5 immortals, and a ghost arc is already about what the value of the battleforce would be.

Sounds about right. Maybe some freebie scarab swarms for good measure.

I'm thinking that, with 3 scarab bases but a Catacomb Command Barge instead of a Ghost Ark. And 12 warriors instead of ten, with the Battleforce being priced at £60 (convert that into whichever price suits you best).

My friend reckons there'll be Tomb Blades in it somewhere, but I'm doubtful...

I guess, but the trend seems to be two troops, a transport, and another small unit.

Im hopeful for warriors/immortals as one, wraiths as another, and a ghost ark as the third item.

They'll put in a Ghost Ark if anything, since it's a dedicated transport. They never put HQ options into battleforces, and they won't put the new Nightscythe kit in there whenever that comes out. When that comes out it'll be the new hotness and people will be buying them anyway.

The Ark is too big and pricy for them to put in a battleforce. They always throw in a cheap vehicle. If they put one in, it will be the barge.

I dunno, they have a Wave Serpent in the Eldar box, that's a pretty big and pricey one. Ark doesn't seem far-fetched.

The IG box has a command squad in... While it's platoon command supposedly, it's easily a HQ if the two squads of ten are taken as vets.

It's not without precedent and on the back of the box may be built as an Annihilation Barge with the lord to attach to the squad of warriors IMO, I think the Ghost Ark is too big a kit for a battleforce, £31 models (or equivalent) don't tend to be put in them - look at IG as an example again - you used to get a LRBT in the box, now it's dropped down to a sentinel.

I’m thinking 24 warriors (Like in the old one) 5 immortals and a doooooooooomsaday/Ghost Ark and 7-8 (maybe 9) scarab swarms all priced at £60-65 quid? (yes, yes I know what GW are doing today battleforces are 50-55-60 quid in 30 years they willl be charging 70-75-80 quid!LOL ). What do other think? And when will it be released cause it ant in the December WD (received it today) maybe around next year January WD?

Is there an old necron battleforce? Cause like i see somthing of one on amazon and games workshop but its just a pick of some warriors 3 destroyers and scarabs.

Yeah that's the old battleforce. Something like 28 warriors, 3 destroyers, and however many scarabs come on the sprues of 28 warriors.

Necron's didn't used to have a lot of plastic. They only had warriors, destroyers, and monoliths. Monoliths are too big and pricy to put in a battleforce, so warriors and destroyers were all you got.

Was still a pretty damn good deal since destroyers were a staple unit back in the 3rd edition codex.
