Is it possible for Blood Angels to take a 35 points discount on razorback if they drop the jetback and use the normal backpack instead?

I thought they can only get the free Rhino or free Drop Pod if they take the normal backpack instead.

look at the book the discount is included in the list of dedicated transports that the unit can take.

They get the 35pts discount for any dedicated transport: Pod, Rhino, Razorback and Land Raiders.
