I'll join but i need to know the story.

Tali'Zorah: I appreciate what you're doing here, Shepard.
Commander Shepard: Well, I care deeply about the quarian people.
Tali'Zorah: It's good to be back on the Normandy.
Commander Shepard: Let me know if it's too quiet for you to sleep, and I'll find you someplace louder.
Tali'Zorah: Hmm.
Garrus Vakarian: Uh, I was there when you two had your thing, remember? Just get a room and work it out.

ok you two guys are playing only - now to begin

It is 1979, and a nuclear bomb was dropped on London from the Soviets. After surviving in an office together with some other people for 3 months, militia equipped with strange foil-like suits and gas masks linked to a back-pack generator come to your shelter. They are part of the NRSR (Nuclear and Radioactivity Survival Resistance), who say they are working undercover on the nightmare world outside under constant enemy patrol, to deliver supplies to survivors and build up an uprising in hope to restore the world as it once was. You both accept their offer to join them, Chuck with some skepticism. They say they will be back in a fortnight with sufficient equipment to enter the world outside - do either of you choose to wait and the venture out with the NRSR equiptment they promise to bring, or stay put waiting for radio advice?

So... the worlds in great shape then. Anyway, enough with the sarcasm. I will wait for radio advice, presuming that they will have enough IQ to actually call us rather than freezing their behinds of outside in a post apocalyptic winter. In the meantime, I would like to search and scavenge for any gas masks, radiation suits and dectection equipment, possible firearms and other makeshift weapons, spare food and ammunition, night vision/other sensor equipment, anyone else willing to accompany us, do some exercise, get some warm clothes, find and subsequently eat our last remaining digestive biscuit (I will be joining an untrustworthy and mysterious organization dressed like the KKK, so I probably won't live long enough to get moaned at) and generally sit around till they call us.
Also, is it a nuculear winter or a blazing desert of Londons ruins? + Will there be mutants?

Ok, so Chuck Norris and Gozzy stay and wait. You could risk venturing outside for a short time if you want to, but the radiation levels are still high and you may risk letting radiation into your camp. You have enough materials to survive in comfort in your sanctuary, although food is becoming less plentiful.

It seems we have only one option: No

That means we stay inside.
Also, nice name Chuck Norris. Dark Eldar Grotesques look just like you on steroids.......in a thong

Lol
So you both stay in the camp. 2 months later you recieve a radio message from Winston Churchill (yes he is PM in this alternate history) as a national address. He says it is safe to move outside and dispose of any waste, although no longer than 20minutes is advised. What do you want to do?

Hmmmmmm...... Do we have any windows in this building? Perhaps a quick peek outside would quell my childhood rears of being eaton alive by steroid-taking monsters.

Yes, I did once have a nightmare about this. I don't know what was scarier; the mutants or the fact thet Winston was in charge (no wonder the capital has gone to hell).

I'm going to gather up any waste we may have to dispose of it whilst spending as little time outside as possible

Lol Winston is the best man ever!

The windows have been boarded up to stop radiation entering, although Gozmonster decides to have a quick look through the gap as Chuck goes out. Chuck empties it all smoothly and returns in fine time, but says he thinks saw a group of NRSR retreating behind a building corner in the corner of his eye. Your suspicions are aroused about the organisation's loyalty. With Chuck centimetres from he door, he is facing in towards the dim light of the camp, although Goz is looking at Chuck out towards the outside, caching a blinding blast in the sky. It is an airbursting missile which are always being fired by the British against enemy stealth planes. The latest model of missile contains atomic components to fully destroy its target, but the flash from the explosion leaves Goz blinded for several days. Fortunatley for Chuck, he was not looking towards the explosion in the sky behind him.

Around a week later when Goz is recovered, you two are captured in the middle of the night by the same two NRSR memebers who tried to get you to join originally. They hand Chuck a Sterling SMG and Goz an L1A1 (semi auto FN FAL). Neither of you oppose to travelling with them, but you both are feeling tense and wary of the kidnappers. You are being taken to the unknown destination in the back of a stolen van with lead lining the walls, and blacked out windows. When you get out, some 7hrs later, the NRSR members are facing away from you, looking at radio and radar equiptment.

You need to make a group decision to either bare with the NRSR memebers, or try to take them out with your armaments.

So we just went missing in the dead of night from a shelter that has stood the horrors of radioactive London and the heat of a nuculear explosion, not to mention the fact thet many of us should have been on guard, and after all thaat no one even THOUGHT about us? Wow, that chocolate biscuit incident really got to them. Anyhoo, no is the time to wait and listen. The Ku Klux Klan aren't known for their hospitality.

Also, are we in a nuculear winter or a heated desert?

Yep, this is in a deserted London. So you don't want to attack the NRSR. Do you want to Chuck?

So it is agreed, we will not attack. That is, unless they have any of my "pills". Without them I... I just don't want you to see me that way. (joke)
So, what happens next O Almighty Lord of the Apparently Deserted Wreck of Winston's Beloved City of London?

Chuck was found carrying a sickle as a sidearm and tool he used in the camp. The NRSR member puts down his radio, and takes him away with help of other members. The last you heard of him was how he told you he ate bullets for breakfast - that came true today.

You struggle, and feel tense, but the NRSR members calm you with a weird hot drink - when you ask what it was made from they say it was dried grass tea which they grew in a 'raidac'-free plant. Despite them killing your friend, they sound like they are happy to have picked you up. One of them says 'Al, we're moving out in one hour, sit in the truck and check the new station - NukeJuke fm. The NRSR clearly has an average cockney accent, although you can't believe they all killed your friend. What do you want to do next?

I thought Chuck Norris ate bullets for breakfast EVERY day, but okay.

I want to look around the camp, see if I can befriend anyone, as allies would be useful later on.

I also want to ask about eh NRSR's motives and how they became so well equipped.
