Just my 2pence worth, while abby and his terminators are a VERY scary looking H2H unti, you might want to back them up with a rhino of Bezerkers to bring even more pain on the enemy.

Put warptime on the DP as well so he can re-roll misses.

You might want to drop the IoN from the normal CSM squads as they cost a ton and the points could be used elsewhere. Give them an IoCG instead, then use the cost savings and your spare 200 to perhaps get some summoned demons, perhaps a naked champ to spawn a greater demon on.

One of the plague squads you might want to consider putting 2x plasma gun in there as FNP with plasma gives you a 50/50 if you get a Gets Hot result. Plus they will make a good defensive unit which you appear to be lacking at the moment.

as for your preds, the loadout i like better is TL auto with side las

i agree that you should drop the nurgle icons and replace em with IoCG. also Mr demon needs wings and warptime. hes not much of a threat if he has to lumber across the board. i think you should add those zerkers, you have a decent amount of shooty so why not put another stabby unit in?

Few things that could do with improving (some already mentioned).
Like Rabidweasel mentions, you have have a great really hard hitting combat unit, but everything else wants to stay away from combat.
More Terminators (not really recommended), Bezerkers, winged Daemon Prince even Dreads and Defilers you need a couple of other CC units really.

10 Plague Marines? Not really necessary. You have a squad that's hard to kill, but you should be splitting those squads in half and then you have two more units, 4 more special weapons and 2 more transports.

Daemon Prince needs Wings, if its a modelling problem or just not wanting wings on the model, there is probably no point in taking the DP. Warptime or Lash are the best powers.

CSM squads don't really benefit from MON I don't think, IOCG is much better. But you might not actually want these squads anyway, if you spit your Plague squads and then add 2 Zerker squads (8 man with PF) thats your troop section filled and probably at 2500 is most effective you can get with Chaos. Also, extra armour on all the rhinos I think is a waste of points. Those 60 points you've spent on Rhino extra armour could be used to get you 4 plasma guns for the new Plague squads (or take more melta, either way..). But your Land Raider doesn't have any upgrades? I know its already expensive, but daemonic possession for me is a must or at the very least extra armour if you can't afford the extra 5 points.

Preds loaded out wrong, also not sure how worth while they are. They are nice, but I just think they aren't very effective in my experience of using Preds I would actually prefer to take Havocs to be honest....

Maybe think about Lesser and/or Greater Daemons, although if you go for 4x5 Plague and 2x 8 Zerkers Greater Daemon probably won't have a champ to be summoned through, but I think Lesser Daemons can be pretty useful either as extra combat support or objective holders. See if you can come up with a slightly improved list and post it on here.

OK. So taking into consideration with the constructive criticism, the improved army list would look something like this. It is now 2504pts, with the smallest upgrade worth 10pts. If my opponent was not happy i would take out the 10pt upgrade.

Tevhnocally your army is illegal you ave 1 too many heavy and iwouldnt agree to taking abbadon i have to like but he sucks always rolling a 1 in combat. :(

I only see 3 Heavy support as the Land Raider is a Dedicated Transport for the Terminators

The list is much much better after the feedback.

If you find Abby is stabbing himself too often with the DW, you could try running Kharn with your Beserkers. He's a beast *_*

I really want Abby to be better.... but i like most people find he tends to stab himself more than other people. See how it works, but as Artanis said, if Abby starts stabbing himself, replace him with Kharn as i have done.

However i am loving your stabby termimator squad you are running with him, and in my next big points game i'm going to steal that idea!

As to the list looks good mate, lots of mech on the table and lots of shooty stabby hurty things!

The only thing i would personally run different to you is to drop the preds, drop one oblit and take two demonicly possessed Vindicators, but that's because i love them and their S10 pie plates! They aren't everyone's cup of tea i know.

Do people really roll that many 1s with Abaddon? Obviously its going to happen sometimes, but its not something that has ever put me off Abaddon...

That second list is much better, you can't expect instant and constant success with Chaos, but stick with it and you'll probably be able to develop your tactics (and maybe list further) and give even the best lists/players a run for their money.

Thanks every one for the awesome feed back. As for the Vindicators, I took Predators for some extra range fire power and Anti Tank. The Demolisher Cannon is great but only to 24" and as Anti Tank it lacks as I have the most amazing bad luck with scatter dice. I will give it a try of course and work out in which direction I wish to go.
