Can a DE list have 2 archons

I believe you can have 2 Archons (FO allows 2 HQs) but not much else.

Yes you can as long as they are not the exact same, HQ have to be unique.
If they have different armour or ranged weapons then yeah that is fine.
(ok seems that rule is only for space wolves never mind)

I believe Space Wolves might follow that particular rule, but there's no reason that other armies have to adhere to it.

What makes you think HQs need to be unique? Only one that has that rule is Space Wolves.

Yes now keep in mind this really does belong in YMDC as there is no list and is kinda a rules question, but I won't tell if you won't.

Now yes you can have to archons kitted out the same...that SW not DE as has been said. As for a single archon, yes he can have both but he cannot get extra attacks for having 2 special CCW. Now you could add a Djin blade to get some bonus swings but that's risky business.
